Narrator Fit the Sitch Ever feel like you don't fit in? Like you and the situation just don't fit? That happens to all of us, but we can practice and get better at fitting in. Here's what you gotta do. First, pause and notice where you are. (loud dental drilling) Yo, we're at the dentist. Then you've got to choose what fits the situation. You better calm while we're at the dentist, so they can do our teeth. I mean, I can dance later, but now I've got to be still. You got it? I got it. Come on ya'll, let's practice fit in the sitch. You're at a finish line, fit the sitch. Be quick. (crowd cheers) You're in the library. Fit the sitch. So I was going down the street the other day... Be Quiet. Shh. You see someone carrying a lot of stuff. Fit the sitch. Be helpful. Hey, Can I get this Can we help you? Thanks, guys. So helpful. You're reading a book. Fit the sitch. Be focused. You're at a crazy rock concert. Fit the sitch. Be energetic. (audience applause and rock music) You're on the playground. Fit the sitch. Be free. You're it! No, I'm not! You're in bed. Fit the sitch. Be relaxed and sleepy. (all yawn) Where's your blankie? (school bell rings) You've just arrived at school. Fit the sitch. Be ready. I'm ready for this. Math class, get it. You're playing in the big game. Fit the sitch. Be a team. Yeah. One, two, three, blazer fresh. Let's get it. You're in the school play. Fit the sitch. Be dramatic. (dramatic music) No! (applause) You're meeting a baby. Fit the sitch. Be gentle. Who's a good baby? (baby laughs) You're getting a hair cut. Fit the sitch. Be still. (clippers buzz) (scissors snip) You said he's from Harlem, right? Yeah. You're watching a movie. Fit the sitch. (laughing and chatting) Be quiet. Guys, this is my favorite part. Shh. (dramatic music) You're at an amusement park. Fit the sitch. Be amused. (all yell) Your friend is sad. Fit the sitch. Be caring. It's gonna be alright. We'll make it through this. That was my blazer fish, man. I know, I know. You're in a really really long line. Fit the sitch. Be patient. (crowd chats in background) You're doing GoNoodle at school. Fit the sitch. Be engaged. You've gotta read with expression You've gotta read with expression Come on, read with expression Yeah I learn Don't read like a robot We can get good at fitting in, feeling right, no matter where we are. All you've gotta do is pause, notice, and choose to fit the sitch. With practice, you can fit in in any situation. Because that's what it's all about. Being blazer fresh.
